Maharashtra Civil Services (conduct) Rules , which are applicable to all State Government Employees came into force in 1979. Thereafter number of amendments have been made to these Rules. All these amendments have been incorporated and the Rules as amended up to 1st June 2013 are made available on this blog. The persons interested can get these Rules downloaded. if they so desire.

ReplyDeleteSir, If a regular employee of other state govt. on a teaching post joined prior to 2005, gets selected on a non-teaching post in Group A in Maharashtra University, will he be eligible for pay protection, pension, GPF etc.. and is there any GR in this matter?

ReplyDeletemy mother was special teacher at dam and deep school from 1996 to 2013 she was retired on 2013 but she doesn't get any retirement benefits. school head say that you are not applicable for any benefits because our school was got a grand on 1 april 2006.

I informed to the concerned officer but he disclose my information to the person and third party. ReplyDeletehello sir i am amit gokhale. i would like to seek your expert guidance on a matter regarding deputy registrar. my mother had filed a complaint with deputy registrar against our hsg soc. the issue was regarding non-members attending elections in proxy and also getting elected in proxy. also there were several other issues.proof with relevent documents was also submitted.also there was issue of soc charging more than 10% on non-occupancy charges.but both the complaints were regected even producing documents to support this. os there ne forum to complain against the deputy registrar?.please inform me.my email id is amitgokhale1978@gmail.com

Servant is suspended on the apprehension that he has forged signature of his superior without giving him an opportunity to prove otherwise or without confirming the same from an handwriting expert, can such employee demand such action or can he lodge the complaint with police to demanding to verify the same

ReplyDeletewhat is the way to get information on the assets of the government officers. On my RTI they said it is personal information so it can not be given. On which website Department of Sales Tax, officer keep their details of assets.

ReplyDeleteI am Aided Peon Staff of 1 reputed college. Last week for official work I went to Dena Bank, while crossing the road, 1 bike rider hitted and ran away. After this, office send me to govt hospital for treatment. And from last 1 week I was on holiday as per doctor advise. Now when I came to my duty, office registrar said, that Audit Officer are not allowing to claim for special leave, where incident happened on ON DUTY. Office said we will deduct your leave from your total balance Medical Leave.
Is there any GR for claiming leave as well as expenses of ON DUTY INCIDENT?
With out me giving fair chance to protect me from de opinion of the de officer can be accepted.
