Life is a trip. The only problem is that it does not come with a map. We have to search our own routes to reach our destination.

  1. Hon'ble Joshi Sir in his post has given an information which is of paramount importance and I have no niggling doubts about it. A plain reading of all these Judgements illuminates what Natural Justice is. Criminal Proceedings and Departmental Proceedings are made more easy to understand. The growing social evil of Harassment of Women at Work Place is also dealt with deserving force and guidelines are laid down as to how such cases be proceeded with. In an attempt to facilitate easy grab of the said Judgements I have mentioned links against every case. Hope it is useful to all. 1) Natural justice : State Bank of Patiala v/s S.K.Sharma
