Maharashtra Civil Services (conduct) Rules 1979 are modified from time to time. The last amendment was made on 23 rd October 2015, By the said amendment Rule 3, 12 & 22-A were modified. The amendment to Rule 3 is very significant and the provisions in the amended Rule 3 are helpful to the disciplinary authorities for preparing the charge sheet against the delinquent employee.
